I do not provide crisis counseling or emergency response through my website, email, or telehealth sessions. Messages sent through my website are not monitored 24/7.

  • NYC (all five boroughs): The NYC Mobile Crisis Team number 888-692-9355 serves Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), New York (Manhattan), Queens, and Richmond (Staten Island). If a borough wasn’t explicitly named in the PDF, it’s still covered under that NYC number.
